These power supplies are single-phase unidirectional, the smallest of the range and are suitable for speed control in the stretch constant torque for motors of small and medium power.
The main features are its small size, ease of assembly and a low cost without losing the quality performance required for optimum control.
The sizes, in function of the flow, are 3 (10A-15A-20A), divided into two executions, made by a board on which are mounted besides the regulation circuits also the power circuit (isolated case "Pace-PAK ").
The protection fuses of the power supply, either electronic and power, are mounted directly on the printed circuit and therefore of easy replacement in case of failure; the power connections and auxiliary services are performed via two terminal blocks on the PCB.
The sizes 10A and 15A have a bracket as a heat sink to "L" provided with two fixing pins, mounted on the width 120 mm, for mounting on profile omega DIN 35, in case you need to further reduce the overall dimensions intrapanelboard , you can move these hardware on the tight side, resulting in a footprint of 65 mm.
Size 20A is the version of higher capacity, but also smaller windows; It uses the same printed circuit of the two smaller sizes, while the greater current capacity is obtained by a heat sink with adequate thermal impedance.
The whole is then assembled between two walls in galvanized steel and protected against accidental contact by a cover in transparent lexan.

>SINGLE-PHASE REVERSIBLE MOTOR CONTROL
It is a regenerative thyristor static bidirectional power supply for the adjustment of the speed; at constant torque of DC motors on the four quadrants of the torque-speed diagram.
It allows therefore to reverse torque and direction of rotation, independently of one another, in each operating condition.
This series of power supplies is generally built in the power range that varies from 1,2kW to 3,9kW. Designed according to the most modern standards and constructed so as to simplify the control, the maintenance and the replacement of worn components.

Regulator 3DBE / ... is designed to accept any reference voltage or current.
Normally the controller, unless otherwise requested, is designed to accept a voltage reference controlled from the controller output from 0 to 10V.
With this arrangement, you can also control via external potentiometer 1Kohm.
The calibration of the minimum output voltage (V min.) Is obtained through internal trimmer PT5. Acting on appropriate jumpers mounted on the board you can also get the current control.
