SINGLE PHASE PARZIALIZER

The regulator of ACE / ... series is an electronic device able to perform the capacity control of the single-phase mains power supply, thus obtaining a variation of the effective value of the output voltage.
It is perfectly suited to power single-phase resistive and inductive loads. The output voltage is directly proportional to the reference signal while the current on the load is a function of the voltage on the load itself and may be limited to the desired value via the external potentiometer. This phase splitter can be used in all applications of thermoregulation and also as a solid-state contactor with ramps up and down in voltage or current.
The series regulator ACE / ... is a system completely isolated in that, both the reaction of tension that that of current, using isolation transformers and the firing pulses are transferred to the SCRs of the power through pulse transformers.
The auxiliary power supplies are obtained through a 24 VDC supplied externally. The structure of power basically consists of two thyristors connected in anti-parallel, contained in a module assembled on a suitable heat sink.
Ventilation is natural for the current sizes 30 - 55 - 100 - 130 to 160 and is forced for all other courses.

THREE PHASE PARZIALIZER

The regulator of the series 3 ACE / ... is an electronic device able to vary the effective value of a three-phase sinusoidal voltage, through the control of No. 6 SCR connected in pairs in anti-parallel.
It’s a device adapted to control resistive and inductive loads, which requires the change of the voltage applied to the load; this voltage will be directly proportional to the reference signal, while the current will be a function of the voltage on the load itself and its impedance. This regulator which is suitable for all temperature control applications, can also be used as static contactor with ramp ascent / descent or as a torque controller for motors scroll.
A fundamental characteristic is the complete isolation of the circuits of electronics from the power stage, in fact: - the power electronics are realized through isolation transformers with minimum of 2.5kV; - The triggering of the thyristors is through pulse transformers with insulation minimum of 2.5 Kv; - The power stage is constituted by n ° 3 pairs of SCR in a container with insulating minimum of 2.5 kV.
Standard block sizes are available ranging from 7.5 A to 600 A.
